Refund Policy – The Ick

At The Ick, we want you to be satisfied with your subscription. Here is our refund policy:
1. Mobile Subscriptions (App Store / Google Play)
Payments made through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store are subject to their respective refund policies.
- Apple: To request a refund, visit https://reportaproblem.apple.com
- Google: To request a refund, visit Google Play's refund page or contact Google Play support.
The Ick does not process refunds directly for mobile subscriptions.
2. Web Subscriptions (Stripe)
For subscriptions purchased through our website, payments are processed by Stripe.
- You may request a refund within 14 days of your initial purchase if you have not extensively used the service.
- To request a refund, contact us at the.vaste.company@gmail.com with your transaction details.
- Refund requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
3. Cancellation
You can cancel your subscription at any time:
- Mobile: Through your Apple or Google account settings.
- Web: Through the subscription management link in your account or by contacting us.
Cancellation stops future charges but does not provide a refund for the current billing period. You will continue to have access until the end of your current subscription period.
4. Free Trials
If you are on a free trial and cancel before the trial period ends, you will not be charged.
